Muscle building is a form of body alteration which involves intensive increase in the size of the muscle. There is a trend of bodybuilding these days but before you go for body building always be careful of some factors. These factors include:

4. Leg Training – Squats and Dead lifts are the main exercises one should try while building muscle. Squats work on your whole body. You'll look totally different if you can Squat 300lbs.
